Ordered for lunch pick up around 1:50pm on Monday, order was ready 10 mins later, smooth pick up and they modified my order as requested. Solid Beef Pho that left me satisfied. Higher quality than An'nam! Will return for more Pho

Cha Pa's Special Pho comes with the largest rib bone you've ever seen! The rib is wonderfully tender and is surrounded by tasty broth, noodles, and assorted meats. I would definitely recommend!

Checked this place out for the first time and ordered the Beef Pho with an extra side of grilled pork. I love that the grilled pork chops came cut and it was super tender and juicy. The Pho was also hearty with the perfect amount of noodles. This cozy restaurant has a nice and warm ambiance making it a great spot to enjoy the noodles.

Great vietnamese food. The best around Time Square and Hell's Kitchen I'd say. The food came out so fast. Everything tasted delish! I always go to this place everytime I crave Vietnamese food. Highly recommend the pho and fried spring rolls.

Honestly, it's more like a 3.5. I love that they always have seats available, even though the place is packed. The vibe is super chill, and it's my go-to for hangover cures--and they have an IPA (my actual hangover remedy lol). Their banh mi is consistently good, and the bread is perfect. My husband loves the Hell's Kitchen pho. Even as a serious meat-eater, he can rarely finish it because it's so filling. I would have rated it 4 stars, but lately, the food's been overly salty, especially the broth. Service is always friendly and welcoming though!

Cha Pa's Noodles and Grill serves solid Vietnamese food and is located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. When we visited, the restaurant was packed. They don't take reservations, so we were lucky to snag a table for two in under 5 minutes for Sunday lunch. We ordered the grilled lemongrass pork chop and the house-special fried rice to share, along with a Hanoi lager for refreshment. The 2 sizable pork chops were filling and grilled to perfection thanks to the marinade. The food arrived promptly, and despite the busy atmosphere, we didn't feel rushed. The staff were genuinely friendly and checked on us often. We look forward to returning to try their Pho or explore their dinner menu."

I had eaten here a good number of times. This is my go to Vietnamese restaurant whenever I'm in the upper west side. The inside of the restaurant is small and narrow, so it's best to come here with a small group of 2 to 6 people. Everything that I had so far were very authentic. They offer a good variety of food such as summer rolls, Bahn mi (Pork is my favorite), rice or vermicelli entrees (which comes with pork, grilled chicken, tofu, or spring rolls), and Pho. As a side note, if you can't decide what to choose for the rice / vermicelli entrée, pick the Cha Pa Combo, which contains a little of pork, chicken, and 2 spring rolls.
